Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Home Art Studio. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds and issues with your order.

1. Change of mind
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Please review product descriptions, measurements and images carefully before placing your order.
If you are unsure whether an item will suit your space, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
2. Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or fault
After assessing the issue, and in line with Australian Consumer Law, we may provide:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A refund
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label (where required).
3. Incorrect item received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent, or provide another appropriate remedy.
4. Conditions of return (where a return is required)
For approved returns (faulty, damaged or incorrect items):
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and in the same condition as received
- Items must not be used, installed or altered
- Returns must follow the instructions we provide
- Unauthorised returns may not be accepted

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
