Home Art Studio ("we", "us", "our") is an online store offering wall art products. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version available on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.

2. Products and colours

We take care to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary between screens and individual pieces, especially where natural materials (such as agate, stone or paper) are used. Styled room images are mockups for inspiration only and may not represent the exact scale of the artwork in your home. Please refer to the measurements in the product description when planning your space.

3. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will pay.
  • Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout (for example credit card or PayPal).

4. Orders and availability

  • Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion.
  • If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a refund, alternative product or backorder where possible.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We will take reasonable care to pack your order securely so it arrives in good condition.

Delays caused by couriers, postal services or events outside our control (for example severe weather) are not guaranteed delivery times, but we will do our best to assist if there are issues.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
